Eusoh Pet Insurance Reimbursement and Deductibles
As Eusoh isn’t your typical insurance provider and the subscription model is the same for all of its members, you aren’t able to customize plans with different reimbursement or deductible amounts.
All of Eusoh’s members receive the standard 80% reimbursement and there’s no annual deductible.
Eusoh Pet Insurance Waiting Period
The only downside to Eusoh is there’s a long waiting period before you’re able to start submitting claims.
A 30-day wait is much longer than a traditional insurance provider and you’ll also have to wait until the 28th of every month to receive your money from any claims you’ve made.
How Much Does Eusoh Pet Insurance Cost?
Upon registration, you’ll be charged a deposit of $48, which you’ll then need to top up again once you’ve submitted your first claim.
After that, you’ll be charged a flat rate of $17 per month and will also be billed for contributions to care amongst the group you’re in.
Eusoh claims this additional monthly cost is usually around $15 per month, which means you’ll be paying around $30–$35 per month for your protection.
It’s worth noting that Eusoh will never charge you more than $65 per month, regardless of any accidents that have occurred within your group.
Customer Service and Satisfaction
Eusoh has a lot of happy customers but if you’re not satisfied with this community crowd-funding version of pet insurance, it offers a 30-day money-back guarantee which you can get by emailing the team, who you can also reach seven days a week with any other query you have.
If you prefer speaking to someone over the phone, Eusoh’s customer service team is available between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM (Monday–Friday)
Our Rating – How Pawsome is Eusoh Pet Insurance?
Eusoh makes a lot of sense and on average, it could help you save up over 50% on your insurance bills every month.
That said, the 30-day waiting period is massive and it doesn’t help that you can only get paid on one day of every month.
If you prefer a traditional insurance provider, you might want to try PetPremium, Healthy Paws, or Pet Assure, all of which offer generous insurance plans to keep your pets safe, complete with super fast reimbursements so you’ll never be out of pocket.
